The items on our menu were chosen with the guest in mind. Mojado Grill feels that as an employee, you should know the menu as if you planned it yourself. You should be prepared to answer any questions the guest might ask you with complete confidence.
Each item on the menu is prepared in a particular way. It is your responsibility to the guest how we prepare a certain item; It’s portion size and the proper accompaniments. We expect you to become an expert on the descriptions. Learning the menu will make your job easier and more rewarding.
